OBJECTIVE

Vaio wanted to move their brand into the American electronics space for laptops and tablets. We needed to:

  • Develop a brand identity that fit with their global aims
  • Create quarterly “tent-pole” productions
  • Assume responsibility of their social media: video, stills, and copy
  • Deliver on-time and under budget

SCOPE

  • One-year overseeing all project timelines
  • Budget : $1M
  • Multiple internal teams and external partners
  • Strict launch deadlines aligning with broader marketing targets

    • Managed budgets, vendor deliverables, and approvals
    • Reported status, risks, and progress to leadership
